  As i know, cannot. KITAS is necessary to open account. And to have KITAS, either you are working in Indo or married with Indonesia, KITAS must be sponsored by company or Indo wife. But pls check with bank directly. BCA is the broad used by the citizen, and branch everywhere also ATM is easy.
