  Safe Haven in Spencer nuetered/spayed 4 kittens and their mother for free for me on May 30 th because I was an OKC resident. Safe Haven 405-625-6574. Their shots are inexpensive as well.

  Call Safe Haven in Spencer. 405-625-6574 They did 4 stray kittens and their mom for me on May 30 th for free. Tell them you can't afford it, and they will probably do yours for free as well.
