  We have a dilemma with one of our foster dogs and wondered if anyone has any suggestions that would help. She continually bites her paws making them red and raw, gets a rash on her belly and is rubbing her belly and mouth on the carpet making them sore, also shakes her head a lot, so itchy ears. On antibiotics or steroids she heals up, but as soon as she's off them, its back to square one. Vets bills are getting costly, and we were wondering if anyone has had the same problem, and how they have treated it?
