  Filiberto's and their ilk are just shit fast food, I can't imagine why anyone would recommend them to someone looking for good Mexican in Phoenix. I recommend Carolinas, it is everything you think about when you think great Mexican food. For the more adventurous, try Los Dos Molinos (if you think you can handle it really spicy). Chino Bandidos is also great... but not strictly Mexican.
