  Okay mommy friends I need some advice. We recently discovered awendela has a lip tie (the frenulum, or tissue that connects the upper lip to the gum is attached to the bottom of her gum) causing her teeth to grow with a significant gap between them. The peds doc said she needs to see a pediatric dentist. There isn't one in town. Anyone deal with this issue (lip tie) and know of a good pediatric dentist?

  Leighton was born tongue tied, we went to St V's pediatric ear, nose, and throat specialist who cut it....is that an option?? I know the mouth tie issues can give the kids trouble with speech and oral hygiene. When Leighton was like 2 he fell down in the church nursery with a toy and it caused his tooth to turn gray. We were sent to Dr. Rector, who is amazing! So good! Highly recommend. 3905 N Wheeling Ave Muncie, IN (765) 286-4017
