  Ok. I use both Pickens and HandyChamps LLC. Stew Williams, owner.513-237-6523. If it is just moisture between the glass that is cosmetic and will continue to get worse. No need to replace the entire window! You can not "fix" the seal, you will need to have the glass replaced. Many of my clients, both buyers and sellers have this issue and it is not super expensive to replace the glass, it is all determined by the size and whether or not there are Muntins (grids) in the window that can be reused or need to be matched.
