  We have a similar problem and plan to call British Brick https://www.facebook.com/BritishBrick for a quote, he has good reviews online and recently repaired the old brick water tower in Raleigh. From his pictures on FB it looks like he does good work. If you want to see an example of someone's bad work, feel free to stop by and look at our stairs. Ours were "repaired" before we bought our house 2 years ago, so we don't know who did the work. Wish I knew so I could warn you who NOT to call! Also, I do know that the longer the problem is ignored the worst it will get and be more costly to fix.
