  Pizzeria Lauretanos in Bethel. Sunday nights from 6 to 8 pm is live jazz. The proprietor makes gourmet pizzas and salads while you sip wine and listen to top local musicians. You're "home and dry" by 8:30 on a Sunday night. You might need reservations though so call early. 203 792 1500.
