  Amber Tree Care. We used them to remove 3 trees that were VERY close to our house. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Any proper tree surgeon will not remove a tree until they can see it doesn't have a TPO on it or has permission to be reduced or removed. http://www.ambertreecare.co.uk
