  We had ours on the market last year. We must have looked at sixty plus houses with various estate agents. Sbk and walker and waterer were the best at showing us around different properties. If we were looking at selling again we would use one of these.....but whatever you do.... AVOID BEALES. AWFUL. FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS, BUT DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID

We have the best housing stock by a long way for Whiteley village so we can always help customers both sell & find suitable homes in Whiteley.   Walker and Waterer were amazing when we were buying our house. They even helped us to try to sell our old house as another locally based estate agent were doing a pretty poor job.

  Both Robinson Reade and Walker and Waterer were good when we were buying. No hard push to buy mortgages through them unlike some of the chain ones which is all they seemed interested in. Feedback was good too and they took notice of our budget and requirements rather than showing us a guided tour of every house in the area just to keep the viewing figures up!

We are the only agent in Whiteley Shopping centre and as a result we have had our most successful sales year to date with many properties sold in Coleridge Drive & the surrounding road's. Our recent home in Dumas Drive was sold in only 24 hours of instruction at full asking price of £325,000 which was amazing! (once again this was valued by another online agency for less) If we can help in any way we would of course be delighted.
