Ken K. wrote: I hired Loather Flooring Inc. to install hardwood flooring into my home. After 9 weeks I noticed the floor cupping. After reviewing the flooring issue he refused to make good on his faulty workmanship. I hired the Cole Law Group to represent me. After 2 years and 4 months of litigation the Circuit Court of Nashville found him guilty and ordered him to pay me $23,659.07 plus court costs. To this day I have not seen a cent.
