  My thoughts start with what your needs are. The. Find the venue to best suit it. Are you looking for all inclusive? Meaning venue, food and bar? Do you have your own caterer you would like to bring? If yes, find out what they need to operate such as ovens, burners, dishes etc. some have their equipment and others require you to rent from a company such as Bravo see their site and products at bravoparty.com Try calling the Burroughs every municipality has halls for rent.
