  Ok guys my best friend is in search of a 1 bedroom apartment, house, duplex etc by November 10th. She cant really afford more than 700 dollars a month no utilities included in that of course she can afford more if utilities are included. She has no pets and lives alone. We have checked all the major complexes in the area and apartments are between 800-850 for a 1 bedroom. Does anyone know anywhere for rent that is not super expensive. No section 8 please. TIA
