  We have recently drained our chip tile pool because of bad staining. Can anyone recommend a product that will help remove the stains.?

  

  Haus M. replied:

  Hydrochloric acid will dissolve a calcification (white) build up without damaging or scratching the tiles. It's nasty to work with in a pool as the fumes don't dissipate well so you need eye protection as well as respirator and gloves, full cover and long handled brushes . Can take 20-150 litres of acid applied at varying strengths to remove depending on how bad. Brown stains are something different but post a photo or whatsapp me on 0731605288.

  Hi Katie, we manufacture fibre glass pools and have repaired some in the past but some are made so thin that it's a problem. I'm not sure if we can fix it but I don't charge for a call out and I'm happy to meet you on site with a fiber glass specialist to have a look and see what the options are, my cell is 0731605288 or 852829.
