  I got that with mine, I was told by Canon to unplug it for an hour, and let it completely cool down and then try... and it was fine afterwards... but then it kept happening and the only solution I found was to take it to Canon and have it serviced... i could not find anyone local who could sort it out. https://www.canon.com.hk/en/services/consumer/inspection_consumer.jspx
