POLICIES:
Please remember that we are a business and that when you place an order with us, that it is no different then buying at a store.
After you have "placed" your order it goes into our production system and gets completed efficiently!
If you email us a week later to cancel, chances are your order is completed and ready for you or your material has been ordered etc.
You will be expected to purchase that handmade order as it was placed by you and created with care... just for you and your little peanut!
SHIPPING:
Shipping is at your expense. We love to ship products all over but just keep in mind that some items are bigger and heavier and will be more expensive to ship.
PRODUCTION TIME:
We try to have all orders completed in 5-7 days. Unless we have to order material in for you, then that will be an extra week or two, but we will always let you know and ask if you want to wait that extra time.
RETURNS:
Generally we have created your order just for you, so we do not accept returns. BUT...if there is something that does not match or you bought and it does not work for what you were thinking please ask and we will see what we can do for you!
