  This guy has some of the best pork I've ever had, and it's reasonably priced too! We got 5 pounds, which I swear it was a few pounds over, and it was so good. Really juicy and tender. It was perfect for sandwiches. He was very professional and quick with the order. I highly recommend him.   Sherri it most definitely has a smoked flavor all our meats are slow smoked over wood lump charcoal and a blend of hickory and apple woods. The smoke flavor is not overbearing by any means but noticeable. Any questions please feel free to pm me or visit www.Facebook.com/swineshiners.
