  Gayle W. wrote: Horrified of how they treated elderly pensioners on a bathroom renovation. They said the job would take 2 to 3 weeks, yet 5 months later and still not finished. Very poor attitude of Andrew Stott who neglected to oversee the workers he sent out to do the job, despite repeated requests for him to come and see the poor workmanship and mess that was occurring. He then completely ignored messages and phone calls. He hired Chinese family from Sydney who could not even speak English to do all the tiling, floor and wall to ceiling, so doesn't even help his own towns economy, only his own pocket to do a job as cheaply as he can, while leaving the elderly worried and full of anguish over the 5 months it took him to 95% finish the small job.
