He took 24hrs to reply with smiley face. This rang danger bells. He didn't turn up at 8am. At 8.30 I phoned but he declined call despite being active on his phone. At 9am I left voice message and text... still active on his phone. At 10.45 He replied with excuse of feeling sick with migraine. No way was he ill and If so, no decency to contact me despite being active on his phone. He has his favourites and If you're a new customer he'll fit you in but if you've only got a couple of horses and have him once a year, he doesn't want to know. He's a good dentist but his business/ customer skills are appalling. I'm now 6 months down the road from first asking him to come out... that's how long he's messed me about. Have now secured somebody else with much better communication skills.
