  Has anyone had any issues regarding conifers, boundary lines and responsibility? The neighbours at the end of our garden planted conifers on their side but they have grown so tall over many years and also in depth. Half their trunks have encroached onto our property and pushed our fence a good 18" causing damage to our fence and property. Any local Councillors on here that can offer advice or guidance, or indeed anyone else who's been in a similar situation. Any info would be gratefully received.
