  Is this for yourself? I do my classes at Definition Fitness in Elora. They are a combination Yoga-Pilates and all the poses are basic and anyone in any shape can do them. It can be a bit of a work-out if you want or more relaxing - you find your comfort level and go with it. There is a class held on Friday at 5:30 am. Fridays are also "$5 FRIDAY" for any classes, so, perfect for a trial. Check-out the entire schedule at www.definition-fitness.net

  I am researching an idea and looking for a public or church space to rent one day a week in Fergus/Elora area. I wondered if anyone had any ideas on costs/availability. Ideally I would like a gym for about half the day and one classroom for the other half or for the full day (week day). I have some budget but am looking to try to negotiate a deal if we commit long term. Any suggestions on possible venues or places to start, or contacts? Thanks in advance!
