  ISO plumber/handyman to fix leak at junctuon of main water line and meter. $1 - Daytona Beach, FL Leak is where the tape was applied. Just a temporary fix to minimize leaking. Water is shut off now. I am not trying to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars, but am definitely willing to pay a reasonable amount. I have already dug out the box and the dirt around the pipe.
