  Regina F. wrote: Happy to take our money for Perc test and Septic Plan per Town of Bourne timeline for Title 5. Failed to do Perc on time, did not bring Perc report to Board of Health, completely failed to do Septic Plan. Caused us constant problems with Board of Health. Held up sale of house. Refused to reply to cell messages, phone messages, email, text via cell phone and FB private messages. Caused us terrible stress. I went to the Attorney General for determination, Shay was supposed to remit $750 refund to the AG to send on to us BUT he is no longer responding to their Legal Team. This contractor is not trustworthy.
