Bodyworks
Body weight only, maximum interval training. Burn optimum amounts of fat, tone your whole body and strengthen every muscle group in this dynamic, high energy class.

Boxing Fitness
An overall workout that is fun and varied. Boxing training uses every muscle in the body, it's a great way for women to get toned without the risk of getting bigger lifting weights. We will use punch bags, speed balls and combos in this exciting new class!
Benefits: Improve muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, relieve stress, learn boxing techniques.
Core Conditioning
30 minute blast for your abs. Tone your stomach, strengthen your back and lose those love handles.
Fit ball
Fit ball classes only have a maximum of 6 people. This gives the class a personal training feel allowing more attention to detail, to ensure you are in the correct posture and have good technique. Holding Yoga and Pilates like poses on the large inflatable ball, will help strengthen your core and deep muscles.
Benefits: Improve core stability, flexibility, posture and muscle balance, back and spine rehabilitation.
Kettle Fit
Using dynamic, fast paced exercises to make this a cardiovascular, calorie burning class. You'll be swinging, lunging and squatting with the kettlebell on your way to a fitter, leaner body.

Kettle Tone
The kettlebell is described as 'a shot put with a handle on it'. Kettlebells are widely regarded as the best way to train, burning high level of calories whilst toning at the same time. Using the kettlebell in a 'pump' or 'circuits' type class I will get you pumped and toned in this fantastic all over body workout.
