  High price? The point rate is always the same. Search on Hyatt.com for points and transfer points there. Aviara has a beach butler shuttle.

  Lots of options, redeem via the Chase Sapphire Reserve travel portal for 1.5 cents per point for any hotel. Or transfer to Hyatt and book a hotel like the Park Hyatt Paris from Hyatt.com Etc
