  Need URGENT help. Our geyser is tripping the electrical in our home. Water pipes in our area were shutdown on the weekend for them to work on it. Due to that, the water in our geyser drained out causing our element to burnout. KLAUS FRITSCH PLUMBERS installed our geyser and we got them to come in to look at it today, they now want to quote us R2000 odd to fix. When my husband spoke to them at the time of installation they confirmed the correct valves were in place. We feel they should bare the costs of this as the installation was done by them. If the cause of the element burning out was due to the water draining out of the geyser, then the installation was incorrect as he specifically asked about this and it was confirmed it was correct. Can someone put me in touch with someone who is willing to let us know if this charge is correct or can it be done cheaper through someone else....!

  HELP HELP HELP can anyone please recommend a plumber , we are in Drummond and it seems that plumbers in Durban either don't answer their cell fones or don't return calls or messages !! I tried a plumber called RYAN from SHIELD security and maintenance services left 3 messages and about 7 missed calls NO RESPONSE , got another two numbers recommended also NO reply to their mobiles !!!
