  Has anyone had any bad experiences with Saniflo toilets in an HMO please? Price to fit into new En-suites seems about 1/3 that of normal toilets and loads less hassle but just wondering if potential nightmare with constant blockages etc? Appreciate any advice please. Thanks

  Saniflo are very expensive - like buying a Ferrari... http://www.unifloproducts.co.uk/ are good & 1/2 the price, Uniflo also sell replacement parts & maintenance chemicals. Have also used : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WC-Macerator-Sanitary-Waste-Water-Removal-Pump-Sink-Toilet-Shower-Diswasher-/221801744880?hash=item33 a46 a09 f0 (Brand : AQUAMARIN) with success for shower waste only. Very quiet product. I generally use semi-commercial macerators - more noisy, but less risk of blockages.
