  Looking for a great agent to help a family relocate to Los Angeles, CA in early September. They'll rent first while they learn the area and then will buy. They are hoping to be near-ish to Anaheim with a less-than-2-hour commute to Pecoima. Using the rail might be an option. Fullerton is another area they'd explore if the other areas didn't work out.
