It has to be walking distance from our office which is on René Lévesque Boulevard East between Papineau and Berri.   I really enjoyed Sumac, and according to google maps, it's around 15 min walk from Rene Levesque Boulevard East. I had the falafal and fries, and it was so much food I had to take half of it home. http://www.sumacrestaurant.com/menu/
