  Hello you delicious lot. I am leading an expedition in 2017 which requires a MTB L2 award. I have to have some Mountain bike experience even before I can complete the training . I am based in the South West. Can anyone advise me of: A. some good providers of this award in the area. B. The best way to get the 'pre-training training' in this area i.e places where I can ride up to red graded routes - and anywhere that might offer bike hire too?! (I am about to be the proud owner of a super cool rusty retro 80's mountain bike so potentially might need to hire one for training...) Thanks so much in advance.
