Current owner is using Solterra - am in the beginning stages of requesting quotes. Any endorsements/suggestions? More or less attempting to find out if there's anyone to "stay away" from.   M&S Waste Services. Been based in Middletown and family owned since 1954. We supply a 95 gallon can and service twice weekly on Tuesday & Friday. We may not be the cheapest original price you will get from somebody, but we don't play pricing games, and we keep our price consistent. Most conpanies will give you very low price to sign you up, then raise it consistently. Only have had 3 increases in 9 years, and that was mainly landfill cost increases.
