Charles G. asked:Do not in my "opinion" purchase a home warranty from 2-10 Home Warranty. They sent a roofer out 5 days after I called, first day for the estimate he was 30 minuets late. Said he would report his findings to 2-10 people. They refused to pay because it was the caulking that needed to be replaced and was causing the leak. Roofer advised me he would do it for $250.00 and guarantee it for 6 months. I fell recently and both my wife are handicapped as well so I could not climb onto the roof and see what the problem was. He stated the leak was from around the fireplace. Two months ago I had the fireplace box painted with the best paint and caulked with the best high heat caulk! For $250.00.... This time the roofer was 2 hours late. It took him longer to put his ladder up than it took him to caulk the area! FIVE minutes of work for $250.00! And the caulk was white on a BROWN ROOF! WHY do people take advantage of old folks who are living on Social Security...never mind I know the answer. If anyone wants to know the roofers name send me a PM.Rita V. replied:We have had issues with our roof since the tornado damaged it and the roofer that "fixed it" is out of business, at least under that name. Anyway, we have a great roofer now who has come out in the worst conditions to repair loose and blown off shingles and always returns calls and is always on time or early. They are Four Seasons Roofing and his name is Don Woolsey 479-631-2636. Please add this info to your contact list and feel free to tell him Bill and Rita Vest recommended him. You won't regret using him and his team.
