  I am looking for companies to come quote me on a whole job basis. I had a burst water pipe over Christmas. It has ruined my living room. Floor had to dug up and it’s caused a lot of damage. The insurance have been out and they require me to find a contractor to do this work (always thought they would just send a team out to fix but they don’t). I honestly don’t know where to start. The loss adjuster has given me a scheme of work that need to be carried out. Work includes screeding concrete floor, removal of skirtings boards and laminate floor, replastering the one wall plus rectifying any damage caused by removal of skirting, fitting new flooring and skirtings, painting and wallpapering the room. The floor area is approx 40m2 and my house is in Dosthill. Any recommendations on companies?
