  http://steidlepowdercoating.com/ Ed powdercoated a 1989 Fuji Arcadia frame for me, and I think I paid something like $80 to have it and a crankset sandblasted + powdercoated. Ed is an extremely friendly and professional guy, and really knows his paint. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat if I still lived in central FL
