  I also called JASco (the woman's name is JJ) based on a recommendation on Being Neighborly and after AJ Appliance couldn't come. She diagnosed it over the phone -- twice!! -- for free and was overall knowledgeable and lovely. Highly recommend. http://jascoapplianceservice-phila-bucks-montco.com/
