About us
Welcome to Bonny Bears, the home of handmade memory bears. Each bear is made with love and care to create a unique gift that is as unique as the person it represents past or present. Each bear is made using clothing or material that has a sentimental value. It could be baby clothes to remember your little cherubs first moments in life. Wedding clothes to remember that special day. School clothing to remember those important years. Or maybe clothing of a passed loved ones to keep those memories alive. For whatever reason Bonny Bears can create a special memory bear just for you. Bears are made with the upmost care using my home sewing machine, fine detail is added by hand.

My Memory bears are 12' sitting and 18" standing. They are buttoned jointed with moveable limbs.

Memory bear: £60 each including embroidery on both paws and free signed delivery ( Max 9 characters on each paw)
Extra embroidery for paws: £2.50 Per 9 characters

MEMORY BEARS CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS
8 items of baby clothing (size newborn-6 months) *
6 items of large baby clothing (size 6-12 months)*
* If you include vests or small items please include a few more items.
* If blanket included, I want need as many items of clothing.
2-3 items of toddler or adult clothing (depending on sizes, adding more items can make it more interesting. )
BEST FABRIC TO USE
All clothing and fabric MUST BE FRESHLY WASHED, but NO NEED TO IRON.
If clothing are sent unwashed, they will incur a £10 laundry fee.
The ideal fabric for my memory bears is cotton jersey from items such as babygrows, PJ’s and t-shirts. Fleece or faux fur is also ideal.
Items of clothing that are NOT suitable include : loose knit items, thickly padded items, fine/delicate... show more materials, items with lots of frills or layers.
All fabrics should be clean but do not need to be ironed.
PACKING YOUR CLOTHING
Please make sure your clothing is packed suitably. I would recommend placing them in a carrier bag first and then either placing them in a box or large envelope. I recommend you send them recorded, but that's up to you.
DISCLAIMER
My memory bears are NOT designed or intended for use as a toy as they are decorative keepsakes. In view of the individual and bespoke composition of each bear they cannot be CE approved and accordingly do not comply with any toy safety guidelines and are not deemed safe for use as a toy by Law. They are not designed or intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age. Each memory bear is stuffed with CE safety approved stuffing (for flammability and cleanliness) and safety eyes are used. Bonny Bears does not accept any liability for the misuse of these decorative keepsakes.

To place your order please private message me on Facebook or email bonnybears@gmail.com I offer a limited amount of slots on a first come, first served basis. I will require a £10 non refundable deposit to secure your slot, and the remaining balance once I have received your clothing.
