  Hi Kira. I am the assistant property manager at the Element apartments. It is located right across the street from Laurentide Hall. (North Prince) It is definitely one of the nicer apartments for students, built about 3-4 years ago. Feel free to contact me for any information and/or tour. Here is our website too.
