  There's a stray Indian dog that I found in Jadavpur. Few month back his tail was cut off from a running train, he's eating n walking but the tail portion is still not dry. Which medicine do u suggest? Antibiotics were given fr 7 days but there was no such improvement & he doesn't let anyone put any external medicine on his wound, he's extremely scared of everyone. Is there a vet here who can come & check the situation once or who can determine the solution to this?
