Hey yall! Thanks for stopping by my page! I am a local Georgetown mom of 2 who started baking to help out with bills after my youngest was born. I just wanted to make grocery money, but once my cinnamon rolls hit the menu there was no turning back! I didn't have a plan for where I wanted this business to go when I started, but now I'm so happy with the growth its seen since I started selling only 3 pies a week in April 2014.
Everything I make is from scratch. I usually use my own recipes unless I find one that is just unmatched! My goal is to bring back the baking ways of old, to make things that your grandmother used to make. Old school baking for a New School World! Recipe creation is actually one of my favorite parts of this whole thing! (In the future I plan to start a blog to share recipes and possibly even give small baking classes.)
But for now, I'll just do the baking for you! I use no preservatives, no artificial flavors, everything is all natural and if possible, I use organic or locally sourced ingredients.
I make everything from cinnamon rolls to layer cakes to cookies/brownies/lemon bars. See my complete menu for everything I offer.
I love hearing from customers so if you have questions for me, please don't hesitate to ask!
Thanks for letting me bake for you and be a part of your special and sweet moments.
Does anyone know a bakery I can get gingerbread men from?

I would try Galaxy, Sweet Serendipity and maybe there will be some Sat at WR Farmers Market (?). On her Facebook page Brilliant Bakery has photos of them: https://www.facebook.com/brillantbakery/
