  Hi, my wife and I recently had an appraisal on our home for refinancing purposes and they said that we need to repair the roof or take down the roof of a "shed" on our property, it's basically a 7ft high wind break with a roof, that former owners of the home built. I'm thinking the cheapest fix would be taking the roof down which would still leave the 7ft high wind break. It's a metal panel roof with wooden beams to support it. My wife and I really don't have the time right now to do this and I'm wondering if I could get a couple quotes on doing this. Does anyone have any recommendations of people who do this kind of work? We are south of I-70 in the Bennett area, thanks!
