  OK, I'm needing some advise, or directions I've been living in government assist apartments since 2013, but thankfully i feel stable enough, to not need be here anymore. I'm sure there is another family out there who could benefit if i move out. With that being said i want to find a 3bd/2ba place for no more then $900 a month. (Idk if realistic) i need the space, and id be comfortable with that price range to still afford other bills. If anyone knows a private owner or awesome realtor, that could work with me, cause i am still working on credit slowly. I would like a house but an apt will do.
