  I am looking for a recommendation for a SMALL painting job, preferably someone local. I have an area of my carport (plaster lined ceiling) that has water damage. The roofing has been fixed but now a small section needs a bit of a sand, a fill and re-paint. Don't want to do the whole ceiling though, so it is a job too small for some painters I have approached.
