  Hi all - I'm moving to Richmond at the start of April (grew up in VA, spent 19 years in New Orleans, just spent the last 8 months on the middle peninsula). I see that there are a lot of dog lovers in this group, so I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good vet (ideally one who really loves animals and is lavish w treats during visits)? I've got a number of concerns about moving to a new city during a pandemic, but making sure my animals are covered is pretty high on that list. Thank you all in advance. Stay safe and healthy.

  Dr. Karen Manuel- At Home Vet Care. Holistic and traditional approaches. I don’t think she has a website. We have used her for about 8 years. Best vet I have ever used. 804-647-5036.
