I work from home and my wife is a stay at home mother so comfort in our home is very important. I was referred to Solar Coach by my father who had solar installed on their home about 3 years ago and loved the experience. My experience was the same. From the Proposal to the finished product, Tyler was communicative and even pushed our installation up by 1 month. The installation took 3 days and the installers were even considerate with noise with my daughters nap time. They would plan their lunch and the not so noisy portions of the installation around her nap and couldn't have been easier to work with. The inspection finished today and Solar Coach was completely awesome from day one to finished product. A company that provides quality service with personal care, deserves recognition. Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
I am originally from Chatham, NY in Columbia County. I've lived in the greater Hudson Valley Region all of my life and am grateful to be working with and for my neighbors.
Describe a typical work day for you?
In order to build the best NY Solar Company, I am up at 5am reviewing residential proposals, customizing education for scheduled appointments and taking calls from other business owners who start their day early. Constant contact with my prior solar installs is my first priority. Keeping them happy is what generates all new solar business. I am not interested in transactions.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
Providing the best solar service in New York and building a circle of friends and family of happy clientele is our goal. It feels good to serve the people in my community and see their smiles when we run into each other in town or get together. Helping folks save money and realize their contribution to a clean-green eco-system is a blast.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We guarantee customer satisfaction, savings and are contractually obligated to meet the regulation standards of NY electrical, structural and solar efficiency claims of our company.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
I received a call for a free solar consultation and when I arrived at the appointment came face to face with a very special friend of the family, someone who had known me when I was a toddler that I hadn't seen for many years. Listening to their frustration and worries about prior solar agents they had met with and the commitment required for placing solar panels on their roof, gave me a new perspective -the perspective of a loved-one. Since then, I go to business with their words in my mind. They helped me as much as I did them. That is one of many -each of my clientele create new and amazing memories.
