  Stephen B. wrote: I hired Jon and crew to trim the large maple tree in my backyard and remove a large overhanging branch over my driveway. The initial estimate process was quick and the crew did the work a week later. The work was fine, though they left large divots in my next door neighbor's front lawn from dropping large chunks of wood when trimming the driveway branch. A couple of weeks later my backyard neighbor alerted me that a branch had broken and was hanging off the backyard maple. When I examined it, I saw that the upper part of the branch had been trimmed, as had all of the branches above that level, but for some reason the large lower offshoot had not been removed. Because the lower branch had no support from the trimmed upper branch, it split and fell. I contacted Jon about the issue on July 9th via email. After multiple unanswered emails, texts and a voicemail, I finally received a response on July 13th saying that Jon was headed over to take a look. He did so, but failed to get back to me about it. I texted on July 17th to check up and then texted and called on July 19th, finally receiving a text response that Jon would call me right back. He failed to call back that afternoon, so I called him the next day. He advised me that his crews were busy, but that he hoped to have the branch cleared by the end of the week. No crews materialized to clear the branch that week or any week after that. I followed up with multiple texts to Jon with no response until July 28th, at which time Jon said a crew was in the area, but he would not know if they were available until noon. Jon did not provide any updates. Multiple texts to Jon after that went unanswered. On August 4th, I noticed that the ground touching portions of the branch had been cleared, though a large branch stub was left on the tree. Still no communication from Jon, but at least the the branch is no longer hanging in my neighbor's yard.
