Does anyone have any recommendations for a GF bread that actually tastes good?

Udi's Chia and Millet bread is quite good toasted (they all need toasting, to my mind). I think the Canyon Bakehouse multigrain is too sweet (I don't like a sugary taste in my bread or pizza crust. Udi's pizza crust ought to be sold for dessert...). Joe, the baker at Mosswood Bakery in Micanopy, has sold a wonderful g-f boule at the Wednesday downtown farmer's market in Gainesville, but I don't know if he's back this year (phone: (352) 466-5002).
