Baileys and Co. Is a small roofing company situated in the heart of Morley, a small town close to the centre of Leeds. We always put pride before profit and always aim to leave our customers happy and confident that we have done a good job.
My name is David Monaghan and I have been in the trade 15 years since leaving school. I have various qualifications covering many aspects of roofing. I personally attend and work on every job.
Bailey is my daughter so the last thing we want is a bad reputation.
As we are only small our prices are also very competitive. We always point out the actual problem, never add on and where possible give our customers more than one option.

Our services include: Full pitched re-roofs, flat roofing, GRP fibreglass and EPDM rubber flat roofs, slate, stone and tiled roof repairs as well as UPVC roofline- fascia's, soffits and guttering, chimney stacks, Velux... show more windows, UPVC windows and doors and much more.
My qualifications consist of:
Level 2 NVQ in Roofing Occupations, roof slater and tiler. City and Guilds.
Asbestos awareness.
Fully completed a Rubberbond roofing systems coarse.
Fully completed a GRP fibreglass roofing coarse.
15 years in the trade and doing leadwork.
Our employees are either fully trained up to the standards above or in training always mentored by me personally.
We also have a fully trained windows and door fitter with 15 years in the relevant trade.
All our fitters have also passed various Health and Safety courses and hold CSCS cards.
We work domestically and commercially.
A lot of our work is by word of mouth... Always the best form of advertising.
We like to leave or clients happy young and old, leave foreman's and site managers wanting us back.
