  Try Kevin Mallay. He lives on Normandie Isle, he did some work for me and was very thorough and knew what he was doing, in other words, he did the job right. You'll have to ask him if he's licensed and insured, I think he is, but my work did not require that, anyway, here's his number: 786 457 6820. I found him on Angie's List, his company is KSM.
