  Lisa K. wrote: This company contracts with a home warranty company and was sent out to fix a dishwasher. They have done nothing they said they would do. We paid $75 for the privilege of a 10 minute visit for the repair person to say we needed a new control panel and door ropes, and the guy said he'd immediately file the info with the warranty company so the parts could be ordered. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. They haven't filed the paperwork with the warranty company, despite calls from the company and me. Luckily, we decided to get a new dishwasher, but we still need this work completed so we can get cash in lieu of repairs. I would never use this company - they don't do what they said they'd do, they don't return calls.

They are unfortunately one of the sub-contractors for American Home Shield (Home Warranty) and were assigned to resolve my appliance issue. They have very poor understanding of technical and operational issues and don't comprehend the basics of issue resolution and customer service. They cannot even read and comprehend basic case information and even had issues with finding the paperwork for my case. I would NOT recommend them to anyone and hope they are taken off the American Home Warranty Sub Contractor List.
