  Howdy Neighbors! Help please! We are looking into doing an addition and would LOVE some leads on ARCHITECTS and GENERAL CONTRACTORS! I know there are several folks in the neighborhood doing the same, or have recently completed some projects. We are not having a lot of luck finding groups familiar with San Mateo and specifically the hurdles you encounter due to the stringent and changing FEMA requirements. The City is no help and will not provide a list of groups. If you recommend anyone, would you kindly forward along the contact information? We would be so appreciative!!! Also, we are looking to do a very LARGE fence, so any referrals for that separately would be great as well! Lastly...VOTE YES ON "S"!!!
